Loving others

{Loving Others}
I don't know exactly when it happened but in my life I finally realized that life is so much for fulfilling if you stop trying to get others to love you, and you start loving others. We will never be satisfied with ourselves because that is human nature, but when we can learn to love others for who they are, and find reason to love them like Christ loves us then we will find Joy. We can't make anyone love us and we have to accept the face that some people just never will. You can't change others but you can always change yourself. As Christians we can determine to love others whether they love us or not. If you want a reason why you should do that, the answer is simple. We love others because Christ first loved us. We are supposed to be like Christ in our life and he loved us at our worst and gave us his best! We need to take the example he has given us and use it to reach others and show them the kind of love that we received. Don't focus on trying to do things to get others to love you instead spend your time doing things to show others that you love them. I believe in doing that, you will become a more lovely person yourself. I have not anywhere near mastered this and when I say this I'm not saying I always do this. Because I don't but I want too.  To end this I want to say that even in your life if you feel like no one loves you, that's not true. God loves you! He always has and he always will and it doesn't matter what you've done or where you've been in life. He will always love you and he will always accept you if you will accept him!

Choosing Jesus

{Choosing Jesus.}
Choosing Jesus over this world is a choice we all face. Everyday. Even after we are saved and have Jesus in our hearts, we face temptation. Temptation is a hard battle to fight. But it's a fight we can win as long as we rely on the Lord for our strength. This post really goes out to the teen age girls who have that choice to make. Do you want the world or do you want Jesus? I chose Jesus when I was 15 years old. And I have to choose him everyday. When Satan whispers in my ear and wants me to fold, to bend to the world and to stoop to his level, the Lord whispers softly "Choose Jesus". There is nothing better then Jesus. This morning when I woke up, I had to choose Jesus..as I went through my day I had to choose him. And tonight when I go to bed ill choose him again. When your saved the devil tries hard to pull you down so that you don't have a good testimony. If you are a Christian then you most likely have unsaved friends, co-workers, and  neighbors They will all look to you for that Christian example in their life, and if you don't choose Jesus they will know it. Is what you are living like enough to draw a lost person from the world and towards Jesus? Is what you are living for worth Christ dying for? He died on Calvary for our sins, he suffered and died so that we could live and if we accept him we will have everlasting life. You say "it's not easy living for God at school", and I wont argue because I know it's not. The truth is it wasn't easy for Christ to die for us either but he did and if he is willing to suffer through that for us then I think we should live for him. There will always be hard days and there will always be temptations but there is ALWAYS God too! He walks with us, every step we take. He will never leave us or forsake us, he is here to guide us and comfort us. He will be our father, our friend, our shelter, our Shepard and our strength. All you have to do is decide that you would rather have Jesus than anything this world has to offer. Take this world and Give me Jesus!

Becoming a Princess

This is the story of how I became a Princess and I promise, it's better then a fairy tale.When I was born I had a Mother and a father, just like everyone does but when I was 15 years old I gained a Heavenly Father who was also the King of Kings. I was 15 years old, and I had grown up in a Christian home my whole life. My parents are Godly people and I had a great church. But just having a Christian family or going to church doesn't make you a Christian. I believed there was a God but the truth was I didn't have that personal relationship with him that you have to have to be saved. On October 15th 2012 I realized that I was lost and needed a savior. I asked Jesus Christ into my heart and to save me. I believed that he had died on the cross for my sins and that he would save anyone who prays and asks it of him. That's the night I became a princess. My Heavenly Father(Jesus Christ) accepted me as his child and adopted me into the royal family! I can never be cast out and I am loved like I was his only child. Im a princess and you can be too. How? By  admitting you are not yet saved and then asking Jesus into your heart and believing he saved you. He is the King of Kings and he longs for everyone to trust in him. He will adopt anyone that asks it of him. I want to share one thing you have to gain by being saved. When you get saved you will gain a Heavenly home. When your life is over and you have passed away, if you are saved you will go to Heaven and be with Jesus for all eternity, there is no expiration date in Heaven. I know this is my first post but I'm sharing the most important thing I know of. Salvation. If anyone has any questions please feel free to ask and ill do my best to answer.

John 3:16 " For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever shall believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
